We
have now owned our Ersa home built apartment for over 4 years; the build
quality is superb, the attention to detail is key to the beauty of the
properties. With the safeguard of having a management company that is
delivering a first class service at the end of a phone is great and any work is
carried out quickly and efficiently.
We
have seen a lot of changes to the Side area and all in a positive way, the
whole area is geared up for the tourist trade and you can vary from quiet
residential to lively which ever takes your fancy. The beaches are well
maintained and clean, lots of quality hotels lining the beach fronts, plenty of
shops, transport and of course the ruins which are central to the whole area.
With fantastic weather all year round we love Side.
